Central location, very spacious and clean! However warning to those who have difficulty with stairs, because there are many to get to the rooms!
Absolutely fantastic! We adored our attic ‘Gondolier’ apartment room. It was wonderfully air conditioned, huge, had great bean bags, suspended chairs from beams. Worked fantastically for a family of 4 for 2 nights. Amazing location. Immaculately clean, well-serviced and lovely decor. Super comfy beds and pillows. Beautiful!
We stayed here for two nights and had a great experience. The staff responded quickly and were very helpful over WhatsApp. The rooms were cozy, spotless, and well-maintained. Best of all, the location is perfect — just a 5-minute walk from the Rialto Bridge and close to everything you need in Venice.
I enjoyed the ambiance of the place. It was self check in and you do all the documentation via WhatsApp and they give you 3 codes for the entrances and your room. It’s about a 20 minute walk from the train station, but longer if you have bags. At the hotel, you’ll have to scale either 3 or 4 flights of stairs depending on where your room is. The room style is very like upscale royal feel with marble floors. The shower was very clean and had great pressure. Everything was clean and the area was very quiet but not far from everything. Some cons was that the wifi was a bit slow, it’s very hard to get to rooms with luggage, and I found the communication a bit snarky. For the cost, it was pretty worth it compared to similar price points

Best place to stay in Venice. Cheap, nice bathroom, always warm and looks like they recently did a good renovation of the interiors. Would really love to stay with them again soon.
